One thing I’ve learned in 50 or so years: your product or service matters, but the relationships you build are what set you apart.
I’m good at getting into the messy parts of a business, asking direct questions, and spotting opportunities that are easy to miss when you’re in the middle of it all. I’ve tried things every which way. Some worked. Some failed. I’ll be honest about both and about what I see in your business.
